In the DBMS version 12.1, Oracle introduced a new technology to the information technology market - Oracle Multitenant - its implementation of a strategy for building consolidated databases with the integration of several databases on a single server.
The webinar will present ideas and concepts of consolidation through the creation of container and pluggable databases. This approach allows you to combine several databases economically, working within the same instance while maintaining application compatibility, security systems of individual databases and reliability. It also simplifies maintenance, installation of patches, creating copies of the necessary data and improves system manageability by standardizing the implementation and maintenance of container databases
